Privacy
The email list and analytics.
Updated October 7, 2026. This covers the coming-soon list and analytics on dragday.app. The app will have its own full privacy policy before it opens.
What we keep
The email address you give us, the time you signed up, and the page that sent you to dragday.app if your browser shares it.
To stop people from flooding the form, your IP address is checked when you sign up. It's stored only in a scrambled form that can't be turned back into the address.
What it's for
We use it to tell you when DragDay opens and to send news about DragDay. We don't sell your address or give it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
Our database provider stores the list, and our hosting provider runs the website. An email service delivers the emails we send. Each one handles your address only to do that job for us.
Getting off the list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One tap takes you off the list, with no account and no email to us. Your mail app's own Unsubscribe button works too.
To have your address deleted completely, or for anything else, email support@dragday.app.
Analytics
DragDay asks before it uses analytics. If you tap OK, we count which pages you open and a few things you do in the app, like starting a list, checking off items or inviting crew. That shows us which pages help racers.
Each count carries a random ID made on your device. It isn't your name, your email or your account. Your lists, items and notes are never sent.
An analytics service stores the counts for us. Like any website, it also sees basic details such as your browser and rough location.
If you tap No thanks, or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the analytics code never loads and no counts are sent.
